Ray has been seen buying condoms. The entire world (or at least the station, his collegues, the perps of the greater Chicago area, and the small part of Canada that follows him about) has an opinion on this *g*

Omg, most of the plot for this story just wrote itself in my head for this prompt. Going to sleep now, hopefully the rest will pull together whilst I'm sleeping and I'll wake up with it fully formed :)
