Slipped and twisted my knee on the way home from work yesterday :( I have crap knees anyway (hypermobile joints or something, which is something kids have and usually grow out of) but it just gave, luckily i didnt fall on my arse or anything but it was a close call. I get why they don't grit roads that aren't main roads, but still, mine isnt some of the beaten track road, its kind of the entry road to a big block of houses, only way in or out and its completel iced over, like inches thick.
Anyway through the pain I managed to call in to work and say there was no way I was risking it again, I'd pick up emails from home, don't think they were happy but oh well, I work my guts out every other day!
So a good day to catch up on fic? Settle in with a long fic? No, because I'm too lazy to go on the hunt for something good. Instead I slept late, watched bit of tv, played Sims 3 World Adventures, then introduced Life on Mars to my sister. So I can't seem to commit to anything to read this evening. I have devoured most of the

hsmbigbangfic and am saving the little I have left because I want something new to read at some point...But right now? I really want to read something but can't decide what..... Actually what I've been thinking about for days is all the Torchwood Children of the Earth fix it fics there must be out there. I don't really know ahything about Torchwood fandom tbh, is there specific prolific writer peoples?? What would be amazing is one where Ianto survives because he is woah like a super sekrit time lord of something :)
Mnah I need some recs people, or I'm going to piss away the last of my day off playing the Sims and re-creating Chad and Ryan on there so they can fall in love and have lots of little babies, HELP ME PLEASE?!!

Whyyy? Why am I watching Big Brother? I'm getting progressively more irritated and its only been on ten minutes.... Its like they are so AWARE of the cameras and playing it up and even if they werent, zomg irritating. The things I do to bond with my sister....
