LJ Help??

So you know when you click on a cut on someones lj and it goes to to basic white background page rather than their customised layout??  How do you set up your lj to do that?

I've been wanting to get mine to do that for a while but have no idea either! Hope you find out :)

Yeah me too :( no one else seems to be volunteering their secret lj formatting knowledge though...
