Sleep deprived

I'm sooo tired!!!!!
And yet here I am on lj!
Why?
Because I know that I should be doing something, such as my many assignments and it's getting close enough to the deadline that I'm getting all edgy about it.... So everytime I sit down or lay down I feel guilty and lay awake thinking about it all :(

Anyone out there in lovely lj-land have any tips for helping me sleep? I dont think i can survive much longer like this...its like walking around in a bubble, a bubble which gives me the shakes and a headache.

HELP ME??!!
