SGA Fic Rec
So I just read this amazing fic and have to rec it:

Author's Summary: Sometimes the only thing to do is to steepen the bank, lean further into the turn.
I cant recommend the story enough, go forth and bask in her talent and then praise her for it :)

Why I loved it??:
Because it made me cry?? Probably! But seriously this was one of the best SGA stories I've ever read, it's beautiful and gradually unfolds, and throughout you don't know if it's going to be one of those stories with a happy ending or a heartbreakingly sad ending (I'm not going to actually say which it is).
I think what got to me was the sense of being alone thatcathalingives to her John, probably because it resonates with me personally, with the not liking to be touched too much and just accepting the being alone thing... *shakes of the maudlin thoughts* but without the crippling denial.
The slow progression of the story and their relationship is fantastic, and by the end you forget that at the beginning you thought it'd be just another 'aliens made them do it' fic, because that category doesn't do the story justice.
Obviously I found this piece a bit of a tear jerker! Although the writer says herself she didn't think it was too angsty!
